Overview

Led the pilot implementation of advanced SAP APO planning capabilities for the beverage business in Poland, enhancing the regional template solution and addressing key gaps in demand management, supply network planning, production scheduling, and deployment.

Key Contributions

• Leveraged prior SAP expertise and regional templates to integrate advanced APO functionalities beyond core MRP and LIS.

• Implemented Demand Planning, Supply Network Planning, PPDS, Deployment, and Transport Load Builder, proving the concept in Poland.

• Conducted fit‑gap analysis, process design, system configuration, testing, and training to ensure adoption and sustainability.

• Provided inputs for system sizing and played a governance role in shaping the regional solution template.

• Improved forecasting accuracy and supply planning efficiency, reducing risk of stock shortages.
